Securely pack the items in their original Biosanté packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly tags and labels are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
